Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions set forth are agreed to upon at the point that a booking fee is paid to confirm a booking. By paying a booking fee and booking an event you are entering to a contract with Haydan

Booking - 

  • An event will only be considered booked once a payment of £40 (booking fee) is made. The booking fee is used to secure the date and is non-refundable, except in circumstances where Haydan must cancel the event due to not fault of Customer.
  • At time of enquiry, Haydan will quote a price based on the Location, Date, Event, Time and Length of your event. Any changes made to the agreed parameters after the booking fee is paid may be subject to a fee, dependant upon the changes made. 
  • If a booking is made over the phone, Haydan will then follow up the phone call with a message/email to confirm the arrangements made over the phone. As such, if any changes are made to the booking after the point of booking, these changes will need to be validated by text/email. If confirmation is not received after Haydan contacts via text/email, then any changes/booking will not be confirmed. Any texts/emails between Haydan and the Customer become part of the contract, and are thereby enforced into these terms.
  • Haydan will contact the Customer 7 days before the event to reconfirm. If contact cannot be made, Haydan will try again 5 days before the event, and once more at 3 days. If there still can be no contact made, then the event will be presumed cancelled, and the full fee will be payable in line with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation

  • If a cancellation is made more than 2 months before the date of the event, no fee will be due but the booking fee will not be refunded.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 2 months before the date of the event but more than one month before the event, then 50% of the balance remaining to be paid will be due within 28 days of the notice of cancellation.
  • If a cancellation is made with less than one months notice before the date of the event, 100% of the fee is still payable and must be paid within 7 days from the original date of the planned event.
  • Haydan reserves the right to forego payment, depending upon extreme or unavoidable circumstances, however has no obligation to do so.

On The Day - 

  • Haydan will arrive at the venue 1 Hour before the start time of the performance, allowing ample time to set up and begin performance on schedule. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure the venue has a sufficient space for Haydan to set up and perform safely. If there is not sufficient/safe space for Haydan to set up, the performance will be cancelled and the full fee will still be payable.
  • Upon booking, the Customer will pay a booking fee of £40. This will be deducted from the overall price. The remainder of the fee is payable no later than on the evening of the event, before a performance begins. The Customer may pay in Cash or Bank Transfer only. 
  • Haydan does not tolerate and physical or verbal abuse of any kind. If any such abuse should occur, the Customer is responsible for these actions. If not remedied, Haydan's performance will be cancelled and the full fee will be payable. 
  • As the responsible party and booker of the event, any damaged caused to Haydan's equipment during the course of the event that was not reasonably avoidable, the Customer is liable to reimburse Haydan for any cost to repair/replace the equipment. Haydan will provide receipts as evidence for cost. Any reimbursement is required to be payed within 28 days of the provision of receipt. 

Haydan reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions as necessary. If these terms are changed, a notice will be provided by way of Haydan's social media channels.
